At Baby, the Stars Shine Bright, we strive to ensure your Lolita fashion experience is magical; however, due to the delicate nature of our garments, we only accept returns for defective items or incorrect shipments within 7 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Contact Customer Support

  Email our support team within 7 days of receiving your order, including your order number and clear photos of any defects or the incorrect item received.

  Await Authorization

  Our team will review your request to ensure it meets our eligibility criteria; if approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.

• 3.
  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack the item in its original packaging with all tags, lace, and accessories intact, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside of the parcel.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our atelier receives and inspects the garment to confirm its original condition, we will process your refund or ship the correct replacement item to you.
